Sunday, December 31st, bring in the New Year cowboy style at Rustler’s Rooste. The night begins with a sit-down dinner featuring our full menu of mouthwatering steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and fresh fish. Be sure to try the rattlesnake—we hear it will bring good luck in the coming year. 

There will also be plenty of dancing to go along with all the dining when Mark Dollar and The Peso Dollar Band fill the night air with their unique brand of country music, starting at 7 PM!

At midnight, we’ll ring in the New Year with a special selection of party favors and a complimentary champagne toast to cap an evening you won’t soon forget.
