Features Cowboy Stuff Dinner and a View

Dinner and a View!

Rustler's Rooste serves the finest steaks, prime rib, chicken, ribs, seafood and of course, Rattlesnake. It is Arizona's Legendary Steakhouse, established in 1971. The restaurant sits atop a butte in the foothills of the South Mountains. Rustler's Rooste features a spectacular panoramic view of the valley lights. It is the home of our celebrated critter, Horney. He's an Arizona longhorn steer and his horns span four feet from tip to tip. Rustler's Rooste boasts an indoor waterfall and our famous "Tin Slide." (Years ago when The Rooste was a small cabin, the slide was part of a clever escape plan from bounty hunters.) Live Country Western Music nightly and a spacious dance floor. Old West Magician and Card Shark General Store for authentic and collectible souvenirs. Front Door Drop-off. FREE PARKING.
